Welded Honeycomb Composite Panel|Lightweight, Eco-Friendly Panel Solution
Brazed aluminum honeycomb composite panels use an aluminum alloy honeycomb core and top and bottom aluminum face sheets, formed into a single unit by high-temperature vacuum brazing at 600°C. Every joint between the face sheets and the core forms a stable metallurgical bond, with no adhesive and no non-metallic bonding layer.
The panel adopts a honeycomb sandwich structure and can be surface-finished with PVDF (fluorocarbon) or polyester color-coated aluminum coils. It offers lightweight construction, high strength, fire resistance and heat tolerance, and vibration resistance. Suitable for building curtain walls, ceilings, rail transit, marine, industrial equipment, and aviation tooling, it is a superior alternative to adhesive honeycomb panels and solid thick aluminum sheets.
Core Advantages
All-Metal Brazed Construction
Vacuum brazing joins the aluminum face sheets and honeycomb core without adhesive, eliminating the risk of delamination, debonding, or glue failure at the source, for a structure that stays solid and durable.
Lightweight with High Strength
Up to 40% lighter than conventional building materials, it sharply reduces structural loads. The unique honeycomb structure delivers exceptional bending stiffness, keeping even large panels flat and rigid.
A1-Class Fire Resistance and Heat Tolerance
Built entirely from metal, it meets China's GB 8624-2012 A1 non-combustible standard. It does not burn under high-temperature flames and emits no toxic smoke, delivering outstanding safety performance.
Sound and Thermal Insulation, Vibration Damping
The sealed air pockets within the honeycomb core form a natural barrier against sound and heat, effectively cutting noise transmission and thermal conduction, while also offering excellent impact resistance and cushioning.
Superior Weather and Corrosion Resistance
A fluorocarbon or polyester coating gives the surface exceptional weatherability, unfazed by sun, rain, acid or alkali corrosion, and UV aging, with an outdoor service life of over 20 years.
Easy to Fabricate, Green and Recyclable
Supports diverse processing such as cutting, bending, and stamping to meet any shape requirement. Made entirely of aluminum, it is 100% recyclable, aligning with low-carbon, eco-friendly principles.
