User Service Agreement

I. Acceptance and Scope of the Agreement

This User Service Agreement (hereinafter ‘this Agreement’) is entered into between Jiangsu Lidao New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter ‘we’) and the visitors and users (hereinafter ‘you’) of this website (hereinafter ‘this Site’).

Please read and fully understand all the terms of this Agreement carefully before using this Site. Your access, browsing, registration, or other use of this Site’s services shall be deemed as your having read and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any content of this Agreement, please stop using this Site’s services immediately.

II. Service Content

This Site is an information display platform of Jiangsu Lidao New Material Co., Ltd. for customers and the public at home and abroad, and mainly provides the following services:

  • Display of information such as company profile, development history, enterprise qualifications, and corporate culture;
  • Introduction and parameter descriptions of products such as coated aluminum coils, welded honeycomb panels, and new energy products;
  • Case display of application fields such as rail transit, new energy vehicles, petrochemical, shipbuilding, construction, industry, and food packaging;
  • Publication of news, investor relations, and human resources information;
  • Interactive functions such as online messages, business inquiries, and contact information lookup.

The content of this Site is for the purpose of introduction and communication and does not constitute any form of offer, quotation, or commitment. Specific product specifications, technical parameters, supply scope, and prices shall be subject to the written contract separately signed by both parties.

III. User Rights and Obligations

1. Your Rights. XI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for the purpose of this Agreement, excluding the laws of Hong Kong, China, Macao, China, and Taiwan, China).

For disputes arising from this Agreement or the use of this Site’s services, both parties shall first attempt to resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court having jurisdiction over the place of domicile of Jiangsu Lidao New Material Co., Ltd.

XII. Miscellaneous

1. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

2. The headings of the provisions of this Agreement are for ease of reading only and do not affect the meaning and interpretation of the provisions themselves.

3. This Agreement is governed by its Chinese version. If this Site provides versions in other languages, they are for ease of understanding only; in case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
