Lidao’s food-grade coated aluminum coils are the dedicated core raw material for easy-open cans and metal can lids, widely suited to all kinds of food can packaging such as beer, beverages, eight-treasure porridge, aquatic products, and cooked meats.
The company has built a specialized production line exclusively for can-lid aluminum, equipped with high-speed aluminum coil-coating equipment running at 70–100 meters per minute, together with a full set of precision processing units for wave-cutting, slitting, and wax spraying. It can customize multi-specification, high-precision lid aluminum on demand, and is one of the few production lines in China capable of large-scale mass production of dedicated can-lid stock.

The food‑grade epoxy coating comes from renowned manufacturers PPG, VALSPAR, and ICI, and the surface coating wax adopts imported food‑grade white wax. The whole raw‑material system is compliant and safe, can directly contact food, and builds a safety barrier from the source.

Adopting an advanced industry coil-coating production process, it uniformly executes the standardized workflow of “whole-coil overall coating, followed by wave-cut slitting and forming.” After deep cleaning, the aluminum has an even, flat coating with precisely controlled film thickness; compared with single-sheet spray coating, it greatly reduces edge scrap and effectively helps downstream manufacturers cut overall raw-material costs, with stronger consistency in color and performance across finished sheets.

We maintain a long-term reserve of mainstream alloys dedicated to food packaging: 3104H16/26 / 5052H19 / 5182H19 / 8011H19, with product thickness ranging 0.208–0.45 mm and widths 800–1900 mm, and a daily standing inventory of 4000-6000 tons. Ample spot stock ensures rapid scheduling; standard orders require only a 10-day lead time, perfectly suiting customers’ uninterrupted continuous production needs and easing stocking pressure.
