Highlights | Lidao Wraps Up a Successful 2026 China International Aluminum Industry Exhibition

The highly anticipated 2026 China International Aluminum Industry Exhibition has drawn to a successful close in Shanghai. As one of the world’s most influential annual gatherings for the non-ferrous metals industry, this year’s edition introduced a five-exhibition collaborative format built around four official pillars — full-chain collaboration, innovation transfer, combined exhibition and conference, and global connectivity — linking every stage of the non-ferrous metals value chain, spotlighting innovative new-material applications and green, intelligent industrial upgrading, and providing an international, professional platform for business matchmaking and technical exchange.

During the exhibition, Jiangsu Lidao New Material Co., Ltd. exhibited jointly with its wholly owned subsidiaries Zhaoqing Lidao New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Lidao New Energy (Anhui) Co., Ltd., presenting the complete Lidao industrial matrix. Five core product categories were on show — coated aluminum coil, can-lid stock, anodized aluminum panels, plain battery foil and carbon-coated foil — together with integrated new-material solutions for architectural decoration, food packaging and lithium-battery energy storage, fully demonstrating the company’s complete industry-chain layout and in-house R&D strengths.

The exhibition brought together buyers from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and beyond alongside leading domestic industry players. Traffic to the Lidao booth was continuous, attracting visitors from curtain wall engineering, general contracting, power batteries, energy storage equipment and home appliance manufacturing at home and abroad. Company executives, procurement managers and R&D engineers held focused matchmaking sessions and in-depth discussions on production processes, performance specifications, custom manufacturing and supply assurance. Lidao also explored cooperation with customers around key industry topics such as localizing low-carbon aluminum, reducing the cost of lightweight construction and upgrading lithium-battery material performance, making the show a highly productive one.

With a comprehensive industrial layout built on three major bases in Changzhou, Zhaoqing and Anhui, Lidao New Material has established a mature, fully integrated industry chain and focuses on three core product lines: coated aluminum coil for construction, aluminum for food can lids, and battery foil for new energy. Its business spans multiple segments — one-stop decorative aluminum solutions for construction clients, dedicated aluminum substrate for can lids in the food industry, and a stable supply of current collector substrate for power batteries to lithium-battery manufacturers — forming a high-quality development framework across three industries: new construction materials, food packaging and new-energy lithium-battery materials.

This appearance was a concentrated display of Lidao New Material’s overall competitiveness and a key vehicle for connecting with international markets, deepening industrial collaboration and building industry consensus. Going forward, the company will focus its three business segments on accelerating technological innovation and iteration, continuously refining capacity planning and integrated support services, empowering the industry’s green, high-end and intelligent transformation with high-performance products and integrated system solutions, and stepping up overseas market development to strengthen the brand’s international competitiveness.
